Every SugarMute purchase is protected by a full 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your results — for any reason — you may request a refund of the purchase price within 90 days of your original order date.
The guarantee covers your investment even if the bottles are empty. There are no restocking fees for defective or unsatisfactory products.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact support — Email support@sugarmute.com or call +1-323-237-8052 within 90 days of your order. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Receive return instructions — Our support team will email you a return authorization and the correct return address. Please do not ship product back before receiving this information.
- Ship the bottles back — Return the bottles (empty or full) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Receive your refund — Once the return is received and processed, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What Is Covered
- Purchase price of all product bottles (empty or full).
- Both 1-bottle and multi-bottle packages are eligible.
What Is Not Covered
- Original shipping and handling charges, if any.
- Return shipping costs to the fulfillment center.
- Requests received after 90 days from the original order date.
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (only orders from the official website qualify).
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective product, contact support@sugarmute.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Free bonus digital ebooks included with 3-bottle and 6-bottle orders are yours to keep, even if you choose to request a refund on the physical product.
Retailer of Record
Purchases are processed by BuyGoods, the authorized retailer of SugarMute. Refunds are issued through BuyGoods according to the same 90-day policy.
